Who We Are
Sola Una Voz is a Spanish speaking homeschool community located in the Laurel/Beltsville area of Prince George’s County. We offer a la carte group instruction in the four core subjects for elementary and middle school students (English/Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies/History). With the exception of English class, all classes are conducted in Spanish. Curriculums are also in Spanish. We serve grades 1-6.
Our Mission
Our mission is to bridge the gap in the homeschooling community for Spanish speaking families needing support in fulfilling the call to educate. We provide a Christ-centered, grace-filled environment designed to assist homeschooling families as they “train up a child in the way he should go, [so that] and when he is old he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:26).
There are many languages but only one voice we are called to follow.

2024-25 Designated Parent Duty
For the 2024-25 academic year, Designated Parent Duty Sign Up forms will be available starting April 12, 2024. Please click on the DP Sign Up button below to select your dates to serve as DP. Each family should sign up for TWO Designated Parent days and TWO alternate days. Please keep all four of these dates available on your calendar, you will only need to serve the alternate days if the scheduled DP has an unforseen circumstance that keeps them from being able to serve.
Our DPs help with set up, clean up and signing students in and out throughout the day. They are a friendly face to welcome students to BTM and an extra set of eyes as students transition between classes. Please come prepared to interact with students, but also know you will have a lot of downtime during the 5 periods of the day. Feel free to bring something to work on, read or listen to as you serve.
