2025-26 Registration
Complete the online application to register your student for the 2025-2026 school year.
Registration:
Carefully read the "2025-26 Registration Dates and Procedures" above, focusing on "New Family Registration." Procedures must be read prior to registration, as it contains vital information about the process.
REGISTRATION & BUILDING FEES; PAYING FOR CLASSES
1. 2025-2026 Registration is $60 per student.
- Registration fees must be paid PRIOR to registering for classes. Families who do not pay the registration fee and register for classes will have their registrations canceled and slots given to other students on the waitlist.
- Una Sola Voz is NOT accepting cash or checks for registration payments. All registration payments must go through Zelle. We also accept Cashiers Check Money Order payable to: “Una Sola Voz Homeschool Tutorial”.
2. The 2025-2026 Facility/Technology fee is $80 per family. The Facility/Technology fee is due by August 24, 2025.
3. Class tuition payments are made DIRECTLY to the class tutor according to the schedule noted on the “Classes and Curriculum” page of this website. Una Sola Voz Homeschool Tutorial WILL NOT accept ANY tuition payments for any classes.
**ALL PAYMENTS (Registration, Facility/Tech Fee, and tutor payments) are NON-REFUNDABLE
**The ONLY exception for a registration refund is if your student is waitlisted for ALL of their classes and is not pulled off of the waitlist of ANY of those classes. In that case only, your registration will be refunded.
REGISTERING FOR CLASSES
**ALL families are encouraged to submit Family Forms in advance of registering for classes.
1. Please DO read through the course descriptions, noting any pre-requisites. Please take those into consideration, and if you have any questions, reach out to the specific tutor.
- STEP 1 – PAY FAMILY REGISTRATION FEE: When submitting the registration fee please provide student(s) name on the cashier’s check or money order. If using Zelle, please put the student’s name in “reason” for transfer. Registration is not complete until the Registration Fee has been paid.
- The registration fee and the technology fee must be submitted separately. The technology fee can be submitted through Zelle, money order, or cashier’s check. Please put your family name on the technology fee.
- STEP 2 – STUDENT REGISTRATION/SELECT CLASSES. When registering your student for classes, the STUDENT NAME is to be entered in the “Student Information” section, along with the Parent email address and the Parent Cell phone number.
- STEP 3 – FAMILY APPLICATION and FAMILY FORMS. All current families must fill out the 2025-2026 Current Family Application. All NEW/prospective families must fill out a 2025-2026 New Family Application with Family Forms within SEVEN (7) DAYS of registration. Prospective families are welcome to fill out a New Family Application prior to registration opening. Registration is NOT considered complete until a Family Application is received, and families who have not completed and submitted their forms may have their registration canceled and slots given to families on the waitlist.
